It was a Saturday filled with cooking for Alex and I. We are getting ourselves back on track with our weight loss adventure and decided to take advantage of our time on Saturday (minus one child) to cook some of our meals for the week. It sure did smell good in the house. We cooked grilled, marinated chicken, BBQ baked chicken, sweet potato pie, twice baked potatoes, crockpot chicken enchiladas, and rice pilaf. Yummy and it's all Ultra Fit and healthy! Who says you can't eat good, healthy food?
