Things we do for our kids....

and do they care?  Not really but it's fun anyways!  We decided to carve a pumpkin this year so Alex headed to the store to get one of those kits.  Today was the day so we spread out the plastic and started our family project (more like mommy and daddy project).  Phillip ran out of steam as soon as Alex started scraping the "yuckie" (as Phillip called it) out of the pumpkin.  Well, we decided on one of the hardest patterns (of course) to cut out but about an hour and half later we had the pumpkin lookin good and scary.  In the meantime, Ally was in the floor having a good ole time with Bailey.  And of course, we had to get a picture of Phillip and his pumpkin (which was a battle in it of itself) and tried to get Ally in it but she screamed!  That was our Sunday evening and I don't think carving a pumpkin is on our "top list" of fall family traditions---it was still fun, though!
