My New-Found Favorite Place!!!

Alex and I love to cook especially when we can take the time to really enjoy cooking.  A couple of months back, Alex told me about a really cool place that we needed to visit which was located right above our portrait studio.  The first weekend we had available (without the kids) we headed to the Palmetto Olive Oil Company.  All I can say is WOW!!!  I was so impressed.  It's like a wine tasting bar but with olive oils and balsamic vinegars.  They have the highest quality olive oils and what they will do is cut up some yummy bread and walk you through the oils and white vinegars for tasting.  Then they will give you ice cream and walk you through the dark balsamics. Yummy!  Sandy Burn and the entire staff was so helpful and fun.  I will be stopping by that store periodically to stock up on different bottles of yumminess:)  Go check it out; it's a lot of fun and a very unique experience!
